Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day and all other orders by the next day, but in some cases, unexpected delays do occur for which we will do everything in our power to avoid. Orders are only accepted from within the United Kingdom.

Privacy statement

We take your privacy rights as a customer extremely seriously. Any personal information collected is used solely by us and NO information is passed to third parties.

Your security when ordering online

When you place orders we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

Our method for taking payments

Under no circumstances do we store your credit card numbers on our servers. All credit card payments made directly on our site are actually processed by PayPal. At no point in the process do we have access to your credit card numbers.

Payment methods

We accept credit card, paypal, and google checkout payments through the website. We will only accept cheques or direct bank transfers (BACS) for order over £150 and we will need to receive your payment before we process and dispatch your order.

Returns policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from delivery. You must notify us using the contact form on this website of your intention to cancel within 7 days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns notification number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.

Goods must be returned exactly as they were received, as new and re-sellable, with all the correct packaging undamaged.

Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.

Goods returned due to an error on our part, will be refunded in full, including the original delivery charge. This constitutes any order received by you which contains damaged items or items different to those that you ordered.

Goods returned through no error on our part are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total of your original order minus the original delivery charge. We will not refund the original delivery charge.

Please make sure you have either a certificate of posting (free from any post office) or send the order back with recorded delivery. We accept no responsibility for items lost in the post.
