New Design - As of 6th April 2009, the HSE published a new version of its Health and Safety Law poster.
The Health and Safety Executive requires ALL employes to inform employees and visitors of the responsibilities outlined within the poster.
Employers have a legal duty to display this poster in a prominent position in the workplace.
